I am aware of the rights to review and correct the information and that the information is necessary for receiving the service and without its provision it will not be possible to provide me with the services.

I agree that the Company will make further use of the information I have provided or that will be collected about me for statistical, business and marketing purposes that are not necessary to contact me, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. I am aware that I do not have to agree to this and that if I do not agree to the processing of the information as specified, the quality of the service I receive from the Company may be affected. If I do not agree to this paragraph, the Company must be notified by the above email.

Cancellation Policy

A. A consumer who has made a transaction to purchase flowers, potted plants, ornamental plants, bouquets and flower arrangements (perishable products), and who wishes to cancel his order, shall notify the Company within one hour of the date the order was placed (or of the date the Company was contacted by telephone during business hours). If the order is to be placed on another day, a cancellation notice may be submitted up to 5 hours before the order is placed during the business hours of the Order Center (Sundays-Thursdays 8:30-19:00, Fridays and holiday eves 8:30-13:00.)
Cancellation of the action will be possible as long as the products have not yet been sent by the company and/or someone on its behalf to the address provided in the order.
B. Cancellation of the purchase of any other product (non-perishable/perishable as stated) shall be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later. In a distance sales transaction conducted with a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, the consumer may cancel the transaction within four months from the date of its conclusion, from the date of receipt of the product, or the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided that the engagement in the transaction included a conversation between the trader and the consumer, including a conversation via electronic communication.
C. The consumer's money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
D. Cancellation of a transaction not due to a defect or non-conformity, due to failure to deliver the product on the specified date, or any other breach of the contract, and a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, and the product will be returned at the consumer's expense.
E. Reservations for the right to cancel: It is not possible to cancel the purchase of perishable products, products that were manufactured specifically for the consumer, as well as products that can be recorded, copied and duplicated and whose original packaging the consumer has opened.

In the event of a customer complaint, the complaint will be answered and handled by Zer For You customer service within 48 hours. Complaints about the quality of a consumable product are accepted within 48 hours of delivery and upon presentation of the product only.
