When ordering delivery abroad, it is mandatory to specify:
Shipping date
Recipient's name
Exact address (including zip code!)
Local phone number of the recipient abroad (it is advisable to provide more than one number)
Name of the person ordering
Customer's phone number (it is advisable to provide more than one number)
As an addition to flower deliveries, you can include chocolate, wine (except in the US and Canada), balloons (except in Europe), and toys.
Order processing - within 2 business days abroad
In urgent cases, delivery may be possible on the same day.
Orders can be placed in most cities in all destination countries listed in the country catalog. In rare cases where the delivery destination is far from the flower shop providing the delivery, delivery will be made with an additional fee (in coordination with the customer) for the distance.
The company cannot commit to specific delivery times ; the times will usually be coordinated between the recipient of the shipment and the store making the delivery.
No deliveries will be made on Sundays , as well as on national holidays in the destination countries and on January 1-2 of each year.
In cases of orders to hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, corporate offices and restaurants, delivery will be provided to the receptionist.
During holiday periods, the price of flowers in destination countries increases by an average of 20% starting 10 days before the holiday (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, March 8).
Handling complaints
In the event of a complaint from the customer, the complaint will be handled by Zer for You. Complaints will not be accepted after one week from the date of the order.
Complaints about product quality are accepted within 48 hours and only upon presentation of the product.
In the event of an incorrect address or any problem with the recipient of the shipment abroad (refuses to accept the order, travels out of town, etc.), our company will not be responsible and in any case there will be no refund (after the shipment leaves the store) and/or compensation.
