As I grew older, I realized that it wasn't enough for me to just understand how they were made, I wanted to make them myself.
This is how I began my journey from the vineyards to university and from there to a master's degree in oenology - the art and science of winemaking.
Wine is not just a drink. It is an art and a science and a pleasure.
It enhances every moment of life, with and without food, simply from the richness of the aromas it imparts.
