meaning it is made mostly from red grape varieties, but the color of the wine is white with a slight salmon hue. It is said to be a rich Champagne with a wide range of flavors, a relatively full body for Champagne and will therefore go well with
rich and spicy dishes, whether from Asian cuisine or Mediterranean cuisine based on fish.
