A little about the winery:
The young Delta Winery was established in 2017 with the aim of bringing to light the natural treasures inherent in the grapes of the Galilee with vineyards planted in fine soil at high altitude and enjoying an optimal climate. Fine clusters, selected and harvested by hand at sunrise, undergo separation by shaking, sorting in the world's most advanced optical sorter as part of an uncompromising technological approach.
About the wine:
A wine consisting of 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Petit Verdot, 28% Shiraz. A special and rare blend with a winning symphony of flavors and aromas, which perfectly combines the vineyard and the barrel. The wine will perfectly accompany meat and poultry dishes rich in flavor. The wine will be aged in French oak barrels for about 18 months. The wine won the Gold Medal at Terra Vino 2020.
