A little about the winery:
The story of Carmel Wineries is the story of the history of the settlement in the Land of Israel, the story of the vision and its fulfillment, the creation of today's existence from the nothingness of the 19th century. Carmel Wineries has a variety of vineyards and grape varieties in all parts of the country, which allows the ability to choose grapes from every corner of the country, from the Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights, through Samaria and the Lowlands, the Jerusalem Mountains to the Negev, out of a desire for excellence and uncompromising quality. Most of the new vineyards were planted in the Upper Galilee region, from where most of the winery's highest quality wines also come.
About the wine:
A wine with a deep crimson hue and characterized by the aroma of black plum, raspberry and ripe cherries. Full-bodied and rich, the finish is long and balanced. The wine can be enjoyed today, but it will continue to develop in the bottle in the coming years.
