could come together for a common endeavor and establish a family life's work. The vineyards of the Har Odem Winery are planted with internationally recognized varieties, only the way they are cared for and cultivated causes them to reach a result that is surprising
and particularly exquisite. The personal and direct acquaintance of Adam Alfasi, the winery's winemaker, with each and every piece of the vineyard allows him to manage meticulous and deliberate cultivation so that each vine receives the optimal conditions to become the ultimate wine.

A summer red wine born from the desire to make the world of wine accessible to as many people and on as many occasions as possible, a wine with a semi-opaque cherry red hue. You can sense flavors of cherry and raspberry combined with a little sage.
