and particularly exquisite. The personal and direct acquaintance of Adam Alfasi, the winery's winemaker, with each and every piece of the vineyard
allows him to manage meticulous and deliberate cultivation so that each vine receives the optimal conditions to become the ultimate wine.
About the wine:
Its color is intense and opaque red, the wine has aromas of cedar wood, licorice and a little vanilla, and its taste is perceptible with pepper, raspberries and blueberries.
A full-bodied and round wine accompanied by a delicate astringency and a long finish.
