A little about the winery:
The story that began with Jacob's blessing and continued with the raspberry bush in the Rosenberg family's garden became a winery that stands in the center of Gush Etzion in 2005 and proudly represents the fine terroir of the high mountain region of the Judean Mountains. Gush Etzion Winery is the renewal of the glorious Jewish wine and agricultural tradition that has existed in the region for centuries and aims to establish the Gush Etzion region as one of the most important and fertile wine regions in Israel and the world.

About the wine:
A red blend produced from Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache grapes. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is ready to drink but is expected to age well for another five years. The wine has an intense purple red color, the aroma is expressive, spicy, and earthy. The wine is medium-bodied with soft tannins, ripe and spicy fruit, and moderate and balanced acidity.
