A little about the winery:
A small, high-quality winery located at the foot of the citadel in Tel Arad, Judah. ​​The winery was established in 2000, as a joint venture of the region's winemakers and the Winemakers' Association, who discovered the extraordinary potential inherent in the Yatir region.
The winery's main goal is to emphasize the regional uniqueness of its wines, that "Yatiri" character that the winery's people are proud of, which stems from vineyards planted at high altitudes and an optimal climate that creates a very special growing area. Over the years, the southern winery in the heart of the desert has become a symbol of the region, after its wines win praise and medals every year and have been crowned among the best in Israeli wines in recent years.
About the wine:
Rosa Yatir is based on grape varieties that are suitable for the style (Grenache Noir and Tempranillo) and are grown specifically for this purpose. Dry and crisp rosé wine, low in alcohol, delicate pink hue, fresh, fruity and perfumed taste and aroma.
A sage and yet high-quality and well-made wine. Intended for drinking young on its own or as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine.
