A little about the winery:
The Har Odem Winery was established in 2003 when Michael, the father of the family, saw in his vision how the entire family could come together for a common endeavor and establish a family life's work.
The vineyards of the Har Odem Winery are planted with internationally recognized varieties, only the way they are cared for and cultivated causes them to achieve a result that is surprising and particularly exquisite.
The personal and direct acquaintance of Adam Alfasi, the winery's winemaker, with each and every plot of the vineyard allows him to manage meticulous and deliberate cultivation so that each vine receives the optimal conditions to become the ultimate wine.

About the wine:
Made from a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Riesling, 30% Viognier that grew in the family vineyards in the northern Golan in the Beka Valley below Mount Hermon and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.
This white wine is light green with a touch of gold. Powerful nose of white flowers with a hint of jasmine. Perceptible taste of pear, honey and limestone minerality. A fascinating wine that will be the highlight of any meal
